By accessing or using the YoYoGPT API, CLI, or web application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YoYoGPT is a premium AI Provider that gives developers and users paid access to world-class neural networks (such as GPT-5.5, Claude, Codex, and others) through a unified API and command-line interface. The Service is designed to seamlessly integrate into your local workflows.

3. User Accounts and API Keys

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and API keys secure. Do not share your API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any usage costs generated by your API keys.

4. Usage Limits and Billing

Usage of the Service is billed according to your subscription plan and token consumption. YoYoGPT reserves the right to impose rate limits or restrict access if your usage negatively impacts the stability of the Service or exceeds your plan's quotas. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the YoYoGPT CLI or backend systems.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. YoYoGPT acts as a conduit between you and underlying AI model providers. We do not use your prompts or codebase files to train our models without explicit consent. However, data transmitted through the Service may be subject to the retention policies of the underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any outstanding balance will become immediately due.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. YoYoGPT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the underlying AI models.
